Renata Ribeiro (reenaribeiro) | 1 comments Hello everybody, I'm Renata, I'm brazilian and 20 years old and reading it's what I do when I got nothing to do or everything to do, it doesn't matter.I found the group by accident, haha, and indentified myself, I really have a thing for books that breaks my heart, I believe that I cry more reading than watching movies or Tv shows! I know you people will understand their appeal to me!Looking foward for recommendations :D

Joanne Jones (frosty-gal) Hiya, I'm Joanne and I love reading dark reads that leave me messed up in the head and angsty romance's, I am a stay at home mum of two and I'm currently married to the best woman/mistress in the world!!!

Short & Sweet Reviews (karen2015) Hi everyone! I'm Karen from Ireland, a married mum of 2, and cake maker. I love to read, and get through 3-4 per week. I don't do light and fluffy romance - the darker, the better! Love Elizabeth Finn, Tiffany Reisz, CJ Roberts, Cara McKenna, Kallypso Masters and Susan Fanetti, to name but a few. I also love nothing more than finding a little gem of a book that has slipped through the net, so I can recommend it to my GR friends! Fangirl gushing (SQUEE!!!) and overuse (bordering on abuse) of gifs really annoy me! Otherwise, I'm easily pleased! Ish!

Alisha ‘Priti’ Kirpalani (alisha_kirpalani) Finally. Glad to be here. Hi. I am Alisha "Priti" Kirpalani and I write about psyche, emotion and all the darkness inside. It is no wonder my short story collection is called "A Smattering of Darkness"

A Smattering of Darkness

A collection of short stories of varying lengths encapsulating the grey shades of the human psyche. A riveting and deep journey into the minds of a terminally ill man, a battered wife, a mysterious teacher amongst other flawed but ever so human protagonists. Surprise endings, cheeky resolutions and thought provoking finales are characteristic of this anthology. Ranging from one line to full length, each story leaves a lingering impact that resonates long after the page is turned.
