She smiled softly.He stroked her hair softly.
Chris got up quickly, and un-slung his invisible bow, which became visible and he knocked an arrow.Saphire stood up with Scott.
Chris got into his fighting stance."No," Saphire said.
Saphire looked at her, "we won't let them take you."
Saphire nodded, "we do."Chris wrapped his arms around her, comfortingly.
"This way," she said, leading them.He took her hand and started leading her to the back door.
Saphire got to the door.Chris sighed softly and said to her, "everything's going to be ok, I promise."

Saphire looked at him, "what?"
Saphire opened the back door.
Chris started swearing in Greek.
Chris sighed and looked at her, "they'll have to get through us to get to you."Saphire tried to think of something.
She sighed, "no."He grabbed his swords, ready to fight.
"How much do you need," Saphire asked.Chris started chanting protective spells.
Saphire nodded and went to get a cup of water.Chris continued chanting.
Saphire came back with the water.
"Nice job," Chris said, and continued fighting.
Every once in a while, Chris would make one of the spontaneously combust. He knew if he did it too much, he'd be too exhausted.
"Karana," Chris started, "are you ok?"
Chris saw her and crouched down next to her.
"No, you're not," he said as he felt her aura becoming weak.
He put a hand on her shoulder and gave her some of his energy.
He got up and went back to fighting.
Saphire and Chris continued fighting.
Saphire ran over to Scott to help him.Chris ran over to Karana to defend her.
When they got the guy off him, she helped him up.Chris continued defending her.
Chris helps her fight them.Saphire spotted them and fought her way towards them to help.
One of the guys puts Chris in a headlock, with his arms pinned behind his back.Saphire saw Chris and hurried.
Saphire got over to them and Chris nodded to Karana, signaling Saphire to help her first.

((ok))"Help Karana," Chris choked out and started blacking out.
Saphire went to push the person who poked Karana away.
The guy holding Chris dropped him.
Chris woke up also and saw that Karana was gone. His eyes widened and he sat bot upright, panicking.
Saphire slowly woke up.Chris started swearing in Greek.
Chris nodded, "I'm fine."Saphire rubbed the back of her head, where she was hit, "yea, I think so."
"We need to find Karana," Chris said, urgently.
"How are we going to find her?"
Chris sighed, his mind racing as he panicked.Saphire put a hand on Chris's shoulder, "panicking won't help, it will only make it harder to think."
"You're right," he said and concentrated on clearing his mind and slowing his pulse and breathing.
Chris quickly got up and saw them, his eyes filling with hope.Saphire got up also and she looked at Chris, knowing he's great at tracking.
Saphire laid her head on his shoulder, happily.
