Black and Blue question

Well it does state at the top publishing estimated November 2013 your answer there but yeah I hate that u read a book u love then u have wait months for the other part it's ridiculous I understand author needs time and publishing issue etc but come on show ys some mercy. Plus EL James the author for fifty shades of grey series took all her books out after each month I think I mean u never had to wait which increased the hype for the book just a point i'd hope someone takes in consideration
