What is the ruling body of the empire? Like, is there a council made up of representatives from each Delven, or is there a group of kings or queens who rule together, or is there just one king or queen who rules over the empire with advisers from each Delven?

Where is Delven Star in relation to Earth? And are the dark elves always evil or just plain unfriendly?

I meant like "where is Delven Star" on Earth. I just thought all the elves were on Earth, so I was wondering if Delven Star is where Iceland used to be (as an example) or some such thing.

What sort of animals live in the Delvens with humans? I think we've already established the fact that normal animals still exist (horses, cats, dogs, etc.) but I was wondering about dragons or something.
