I loved this book, and would love to read and review book 2, I am doing a promo post with my review of this book on my blog too, here is my review link, inside it is also link to my blog, I will have the review/promo posted there sometime today, getting it all set up.

Once you put your email on the approved email list, your set.
Now, go to that email, and send an email to the Kindle's email, BUT, you put Free after the @ so for exacmple Mykindle@Kindle.com would then be MyKindle@Free.Kindle.com then in the subject, put Convert, then just attache the PDF to this email, you can do more than one as well.
Now some books wont show a cover, but this particular book will, as I did this, and its there. It just depends on how the author did their PDF file, if it was done correctly with the cover put on the front page. you can also download to your computer this newly converted file, it will be a azw file, a link inside the confirmation email will allow you to download, so for me, if the book has no cover, i will put it into the Calibre program, and convert to Mobi and add the cover, then I just upload with USB back to my kindle, I have to have a cover, to see, it just bugs me, but having a kindle fire like you, its nice to see them.
I sure hope this helps, and didn't confuse you, if you have more questions, don't hesitate to ask, I will keep checking back here. (the address the confirmation is sent to will be the one on your amazon account, so if you verify a different address, just remember this, so you can find it if you need to add a cover.)
