OMW: just started reading this

New to sword and laser but I picked this up from watching the latest episode. not far into it but I really like the main character John and the concept of how the military works in the future. Love how its an exploitation on the elderly almost a social commentary on what actually happens in reality. replace elderly with poverty the promise of travel and money to sign up. I can't wait to read more tonight.
