Yes, different editions of the same book have different covers. In this case, the Kindle Edition listing doesn't have a cover image -- that can be added if found on an author/publisher's website. On Goodreads, books are listed by edition (paperback, kindle, ebook, hardcover, etc) but their ratings & reviews are "combined." I'll try to find that missing cover for you and add it to the kindle edition.
