I want to be more like Sherlock Holmes, but is it actually possible for such a scatterbrain like me!

I have finished the book! It is short but packed with information. I especially liked the part about memorization tricks. I have seen the "mind palace" scene in Sherlock, but never really understood what exactly Sherlock Holmes was doing. I had read a tiny little bit about it, but never really understood it. Your description of the process was very clear and concise! I'm using the library I work at as my memory palace.

Do you have more information on phosphotidyl serine and vinpocetine? Are they hard to find?
