I read Elixir and thought it was awesome. A book from Aidens POV might sound boring(it did to me) but it actually turned out to be great. I feel like th novella adds some knowledge you will need for the next book and takes the edge off of the cliff hanger from Deity.

Your welcome, I think you should definitely give it a chance, it's better than you think it is and it contains important info for understanding the next book.
I believe Elixir might even be included in the beginning of Apollyon so you might have no choice but to read it ;) I'm sure you'll find yourself enjoying it though
I haven't read Daimon, but I have a copy of Elixir.Since I am just reading Deity,I have to still read it.
Yay! So glad to read you finally read it! Yes indeed a submissive Alex is definitely not something I like reading. I want spunky Alex back!
I have read Daimon and Elixir, and they were both awesome and totally worthwhile! Daimon is a short bio about Alex's life after she and her mom left the North Carolina Covenant, and just before she returns to it. She has to deal with the loss of her mother, fighting daimons, and trying to make the difficult journey back the the Covenant on Deity Island. I enjoyed Daimon because it allowed me to learn more about Alex's background, and I was able to see what her mother, Rachelle, was like before she was turned into a daimon. Elixir is from Aiden's point-of-view, and leaves off right after Alex awakens on her eighteenth birthday at the end of Deity. Aiden is fiercely protective of Alex, and he and the others (Marcus, Apollo, Solos, Deacon, Luke, and Lea) help fight to create a solution to release her from the connection she has with Seth. Elixir was a complete roller coaster of emotions, but I am so glad that I read it! Both of these novellas are worth the read!
If you have an iPad, you should be able to change it under the settings app that is already pre-installed. If that doesn't work, try double tapping the shift button on your keyboard. If it is highlighted in blue, that means the caps lock is on. Just try tapping the shift button until the highlighted blue goes back to the normal white/gray color. I hope this helps!
I read both. I loved Elixir. It was absolutely heartbroken (that happens a lot to me throughout the series, anyone else?). It was really interesting to see how things were between Alex and Aiden though. Its like, no matter how much the odds are against them they will always find their way back to each other and fall in love all over again. That part is really sweet. I am more worried how the whole elixir thing is going to break Aiden more than Alex. Btw, isn't Aiden just so perfect?
Read elixir!!! I was hesitant towards it at first too but once i read it i loved it. You get to see everytging through aidens eyes and its just so wonderful
I read both. Diamon was good but you don't miss anything important if you don't read it. Eilxer is a MUST!!! It adds a lot to the story!
I read both of them too, you really won't miss anything if you don't read Daimon but Elixir makes us sure of Aiden's love, and makes us understand what he will risk for his love. You definetely have to read it, especially if you're a #teamAiden :D
I read half blood, picked up daimon and I just got bored witn it
Elixir was pretty good...
Aiden's p.o.v was nice but I got bored at times
