KarenF (cleocleveland) | 458 comments Honestly, I don't know if it's a real clue or if I'm just being weirdly obsessive. :)

Not a spoiler (just my own speculation) but I'll tag it just in case someone would find it so.

It turned out to be a really solid mystery and the romance balances it out nicely. I recommend it.

message 361: by Carrie (new)

Carrie (icanhasbooks) Nope, I don't think there will be. It's one of those bonded books, they have been searching all the galaxies for their one companion. They are linked, blah blah etc. Ha ha.

Yess!

I read an interview from Nalini Singh a few weeks ago . she said it's better to start reading this book without knowing anything about it , even who H/H are! So I really want to read it as fast as possible so I wouldn't see any spoiler or updates on GR about it.

Sheesh, I still need to get to Lover Reborn (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #10) by J.R. Ward .

I just finished The Viper (Highland Guard, #4) by Monica McCarty - loved it - 5 stars!

And on the completely opposite end of the historical genre I just started Seducing the Spy (Royal Four, #4) by Celeste Bradley . I don't think Celeste Bradley's books have a ton of historical accuracy but they're usually entertaining.

KarenF (cleocleveland) | 458 comments Finished some shorter ones: The Wolf Princess The Wolf Princess\One Eye Open by Karen Whiddon Rocky Mountain Heat (Six Pack Ranch, #1) by Vivian Arend Supernatural (Lords of Deliverance, #1.5; Demonica, #5.5; Guardians of Eternity, #7.5; Nightwalkers, #1.5; Dragon Kin, #4.5) by Larissa Ione all were pretty good but nothing special. And then one from a mystery series that I love: I Am Half Sick Of Shadows (Flavia De Luce, #4) by Alan Bradley

Up next I think is Happy Ever After (Bride Quartet, #4) by Nora Roberts or Frostbitten (Women of the Otherworld, #10) by Kelley Armstrong

I'm glad to see that a few people had liked this one. I was intrigued by the premise but it had could be fun/could be a train wreck written all over it so I was waiting to see what people thought. Now i have an excuse to spend more money on books! :)

I finished Happy Ever After (Bride Quartet, #4) by Nora Roberts which was a nice end to the series if not my favorite romance of the 4.

Just started Under a Vampire Moon (Argeneau, #16) by Lynsay Sands so far so good. I love that Lynsay Sands has some older (in romance terms) heroines for her immortals.

I read under the vampire moon last week, I think it's the best in the series so far. It doesn't go through the redundant explanation of nanos and Atlantis at all. And was really funny

I'm at 58% now, Karen F, and quite enjoying it. It isn't perfect, but some parts are excellent. Very good debut for this author, IMHO...at least so far into the read. Love the premise that it all takes place in a day.
