I'm still on my C book , it's so sad and a tear jerker , I can't read more than a few page each day!Is the DD book any good?
What are you reading for C? The D book was ok. It was kind of slow and dragged in some spots. But I liked the hero, Colt. He had such a loving side under his gunfighter gruffness.
Shhhhh. I'm sneaking in "The Lion's Lady" to take a breath away from the angst in "The Summer Garden" :-)
I picked up
yesterday. I was just going to sneakpeak because I temporary lost interest in
but I was hooked and stayed up way too long!

I started
last night, only a few chapters in, so far the characters really annoy me. I hope it gets better.

Ih I might read it then. I know what you mean I've been suffering with panic attacks and agoraphobia for a few years and lately I seem to have read quite a few books where people have had the same, makes me feel a lot better.
I get panic attacks alot too, lately not as much as they use to be. There would be nights when I would get them in bed, and I would just lay there trying not to go to sleep out of fear I wouldn't wake up.
No I haven't heard of that i've just added it. I was hoping they would just go but I guess you have to learn to live with them. It was when I started getting them at home that I realised they were bad and finally went on medication. I haven't had a proper one in a while but that's because i'm to chicken to go far from my house and haven't been on public transport for about 3 years (which is essential in London). It makes me feel a lot better when I know other people understand and still get on with normal life, I haven't even been able to work in ages and I miss it (probably won't say that once i'm back at work).
Sometimes I just need someone to talk me through them, just have someone ramble on and on about pointless things. Like this is how you make a birdhouse, this is how you give someone a perm, just something to take my mind off of it. Diet and sleep is another key thing, I found that if I go a while with not the best of eating habits with a mixture of not getting enough sleep I get them. Water is important too. When people talk about death I can get them (obvious fear of dying here) I can read about it, or mention it myself, but if I hear someone else talk about it, usually when talking about heart attacks/stroke, they can trigger one.
It's harder when alone, I successfully talked myself out of one a few weeks ago.
Jenny I think yours would be worst because its not something you can avoid. I don't even no the reason I started getting them which I think made it worst for me. Same here with the infomercials. I think the talking helps distract you, I have to talk on the phone every time I go to the shop otherwise I start waiting for it to happen which makes me start panicking.I haven't thought about diet, I know if i've not had much sleep I won't even bother going out because I know it will happen. But my sleep is seriously messed up at the moment, although it does usually sort itself out after a while.
Jenny wrote: "It can be hard and also frustrating for the other people in my life. I do try and go out at least once a day. It seems like the longer I go without leaving the house the tougher it seems to be to d..."That's what I find although I haven't made it to going out once a day yet.

next. I've heard good things about it. I have so..."I actually liked it, i'm not always sure with spin offs but needed it for a challenge so thought I might as well. Its set in the same world with a few familiar characters but 25 years before and its YA. I really like Parasol Protectorate though.
I just finished

. Im having a really good run with books this month , almost all 5 star books , or have I gotten too lenient with ratings , lol.

I keep re listening to some of them. I blame you and Susan for for introducing me to this and audio-books, I just can't be bothered to read any more I want people to read to me.

Yes it is so far. I'm still in the first few chapters though. But Medeiros usually never disappoints me :) I've been interested in this hero since meeting him in
