I borrowed the book from my friend yesterday and am about eight chapters through it now; I'm pretty excited for this read because the romance lady at my chapters raved about it for about ten minutes. How's everyone else liking it?
I just finished this book last week and immediately jumped into the next book in the series. This book was so good and I can't wait to read the rest of the books in the series. Excellent choice (I've been voting for this book because it's been on my TBR shelf for a long time).
Great choice Chelsea, and great timing for me as I literally finished reading this last night! First time read, and while it took me a bit longer to get into than I was expecting, I ended up really enjoying it!
This has been on my TBR list and I voted for it a couple of times for BOM but it never made it. Good choice, I just started it today.
I discovered this book last year and have read it at least 4 times since! Not only is it awesome PNR but it has dragons! DRAGONS! Dragons are always a good idea. :) The audiobook was good too; the narrator does a good job of capturing Dragos personality.
This book has been on my TBR list for a while now. I see no better motivation to put it at the top of my list than VBC's monthly read. I just requested it from the library. Not too surprised that all copies are currently out (just lends truth to the fact that this is a good book). Hopefully I'll get this before the end of the month.
I have started the book. I had a hard time getting into the book. I am half way done now and enjoying the book.
I think one of the most enjoyable aspects of this book for me was--in the beginning anyway--was Dragos utter dragonness (is that a word?). There is no way you can mistake him for anything other than Otherworldly; his actions do not resemble those of a human males and he makes no attempts to do so. You can't argue with a being that is all Alpha and owns it! :)
I loved this book. Read it a while back. I don't think the rest of the books in the series come close and I refuse to read the the last book Thea has written which takes up the lives of drags and pia where croton bound left off.
What distinguishes this book from almost all other books, is how good it feels to be in Pia's heads. Being in her heads inspires me to like myself more and feel better. Also it helps that almost everything about the rest of the book is perfect.

Diana: I totally agree; that was one of the first things I really liked about this book.Just finished last night; it took me a few chapters to really get into but I loved it for the end ^_^

Haven't read yet but always wanted to. :) So since we have it for this month I went out and bought it. Can't wait to dive into it.

Have you read the book already or will you be diving into the Elder Races with VBC this month?
