Thanks for the suggestion. that one sounds very interesting, I will give it a try :)

When she said she was going to end the series around book 7 I think I stopped reading it.
Is she still writing chapters about one sexual encounter?

It was such a nice surprise!! I cannot wait to read the next one.
I also thought the whole egg hatching thing was funny and Zor is like why did you not tell me you felt flutters lol

I started the Mercy Thompson series some weeks back but I got a little miffed at the love triangle. Granted I'm still only on

Also finished

I know what you mean, sometimes I tune out in those instances.

Funny! I'm always glad for headphones at these times.

LOL smart!!

I hope Kate Locke does another trilogy I really enjoyed that one!

Book Review by Susan McMichael
4.5 out of 5 stars
A thrilling ride from the first page…
Armageddon and the 4th Timeline by Don Mardak is a thrilling ride from the first page. This science fiction novel combines time travel, spiritual themes, a fascinating mix of characters and modern intrigue to create an unputtable down novel.
We meet the CIA Director, Scott Cunningham, a former Navy SEAL, and his Assistant Lori Colbert, addressing a meeting after a terrible terrorists attacks. We also meet husband and wife Kathy and Eric who are in Lhasa, Tibet, on a spiritual quest. Through Eric's time travel, both worlds intersect. Mardak's premise throughout the novel is that there "is a spiritual universe, and mankind has the ability to rise into a higher level of consciousness where all conflicts can be resolved peacefully without resorting to wars, or threatening a nuclear holocaust.”

ETA: And I picked up Alpha's Toy yesterday, so we'll see whether I like it or not, too :DDDD

I totally agree! It is a shame because the premise was really good.

YAY another book I forgot came out this month. Going to order it straight away. How does it work out with a change in narrator?

That was my same thought with this one.

It worked fine for me. Alex is different from Verity - more cerebral - but he is still a Price. I did miss the crew from the first two books but we get to meet new characters in this book that I love just as much. We also get to meet more of the extended family. Alex also has his own colony of Aeslin mice. Hail the God of Silence and Scales!

I'm glad the mice are still around. They are my favorite thing about the series.

Me too!!
