What are you reading? (part drei)
Finished
and
. Could not finish
it was just a little too slow and predictable. Started listening to
and reading
.
Valiant was one of my favorites in the late 80's/early 90's and I've really been enjoying the revival of the core titles.

Dawn, I'm enjoying the ghostly creepy world AS has created but I'm yet to feel connected to Amelia and I'm nearly at 50%.
Just finished
. Finally an intelligent female heroine who isn't a prude or virtuous female, that knows how to take ownership and get the job done. Even more surprising, Meljean Brooks is a female author (up till now I've only ever come across male authors who deliver strong heroines like this!)By and by, I'm sated, grinning devilishly and about to start
.
Finished
and am now reading
Listening to
I listened to the fifth in the series first oops! lolStarted reading

"Ha we should have done a buddy read. I had no idea this was even out I really like this series.
I haven't posted in forever cause I've only been reading CR and murder mysteries. Starting
though which is futuristic shifters and listening to
on audio. I've read all the other books in that series and I knew it was really dark but for some reason it's much darker on audio. Hearing all the serial killer stuff is worse than reading it for me. Still a good story though. I'm also listening to
on audio but I'm not enjoying this book as well as the first two. It's just ok for me.

Crime romance?
Yeah Zombie Apocalypse was not that great it took me like three months to get through on audio
Sandra wrote: "CR is generally contemporary romance. Sometimes slips over to romantic suspense."Thank you!
**snicker*** that makes much more sense than crime romance

I finished
and liked it but not as much as the previous ones. Now I'm reading
on my Kindle and I'm liking it so far I also really like that I get to read a UF/PA that takes place in my State for once. Hoping to finish it before

I am currently reading Dead Iron. Not sure if it is for me but I will keep at it since it has so many good reviews. I recently finishedPhoenix Rising and The Janus Affair: A Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences Novel and I loved them. I am waiting for the next one that comes out next month. Does anyone have a recommendation for that is similar to those? I loved the Victorian era streamlining nature with the mystery. I tried Soulless but I just couldn't get into it.
