Finished my re-read of the Kate Daniels series loveliness.

Now I'm reading and wow what a kickass heroine! Story is OK, but read it for the dudette!!

Just finished Chimes at Midnight and it's become my favorite of the series. Loved it! Diandra is now my favorite character in the series which says a lot because there are so many great ones. :)

Not sure where I'm going next though UF wise. Possibly Witchling even though I couldn't finish Night Myst.

finished sadly enough didnt turn out to be fantastic, it had a weird paranormal twist which i think the book would of been better off without, though i suppose it did add an unusual twist to the story.
now reading which im VERY much looking forward to starting!!!

I'm reading Witchling right now and enjoying it, but I did enjoy Night Myst too. I do think I'm liking Witchling a little more though.

Yes and I liked them all. I love listening to her books on audio.

I've just bought Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs on audio and have begun listening to it. I love the southern accent the narrator uses.

Finished and finished listening to enjoyed both. This was also the first Dresden book I listened to. I thoroughly enjoyed James Marsters. I am still reading .

That narrator is one of my favorites. I love seeing Jane and company in all the spin offs.

finished and it was wonderful!! Snyder is such a talented writer, i absolutely love this series!
tried reading but i couldnt really get into it - i accidentally picked up number 4 in the series though at the library, so maybe thats why.
not sure what to read next....

I really liked Lick which surprised me cuz that's not really my usual type of read. I will read the next one in the series when it comes out.

Trying out Three Days to Dead while also trying to tackle some of the winners and nominees from last year's Man Booker, Orange Prize, etc. Just finished Alif the Unseen and thought it was awesome.

finished was a pretty fantastic book, I really enjoyed the character and the relationships. the world was pretty amazing as well.

also finished which was awesome!! I absaloutly loved it, the end was a complete twist - didn't see that coming at all!!
loved Eve, Mel and Jackson - they constantly had me cracking up. spesh Mel.
cant wait to get my hands on the next book - I just know its going to be amazing!!

I love the retelling of fairy tales! I notice this one is YA if there is not much teenage angst let me know and I will check it out.

Finished Heart of Obsidian and I liked it there were a few things I wished for like I really wanted Kalib and Sienna to meet hopefully we will get that in the next book. Also tickled pink I called it right on who was the ghost :-)

Also finished A Blood Seduction honestly Alisa if you had not recommended it would have been a dnf. The end kind of rounded out a few things but the story has issues lol.

Dawn read the Grimm Diary Prequels by Cameron Jace. These set up Snow White Sorrow and are fantastic. The first set could use a little more editing for typos and such but I didn't think that that detracted from the stories. As for Snow White Sorrow I am half way through and there isn't too much angst. It is told from a guys POV like Beautiful Creatures so there is some woe is me but not a lot. I really think you would enjoy them.
