I finished
yesterday. Still not sure what I think about it.Hope you enjoy World of the Lupi Alisa ;) I started
this morning, I really enjoy this series.
I finished
and I loved it. I listened to this on audio. I have the next two books on my ereader. Almost bummed cause I loved listening to this book on audio.
Finished my warm fuzzies book now I'm about to start
since I recently bought it and just found out today that the movie is supposed to come out next month.
I miss my books for the past week it has been all work related stuff.Tonight I am going to choose something from my library stash...I have
Any thoughts on what should go first??

Darcy wrote: "Dawn wrote: "I miss my books for the past week it has been all work related stuff.Tonight I am going to choose something from my library stash...I have
[bookcover:..."That was a great choice. A very nice cute and compact story that you can read in a sitting.
Thanks Darcy!
I'm done with
as said in my review it reminds me of the Anita Blake series, so I've decided I need me an Anita fix so I am now reading
I woke up super early this morning for no reason ...don't you just hate that!!Anyway for no real reason I started read Grimspace once I got through the awkward start man it is really good. I feel as though I have been missing out!

Sometimes I like it when it happens, but only if I get things done.
As for Grimspace, you have been missing out!
I finished
which was good. Much better than the first book in the series. I'm now reading
I'm loving Trey. He is a naughty, naughty Alpha!
Darcy wrote: "...Sometimes I like it when it happens, but only if I get things done.As for Grimspace, you have been missing out! "
Uggg I do not mind other days of the week but Saturday it feels sacrilegious lol
The best part about being behind on Grimpsace is I bet I can get a bunch of the books in trade YAY and read them all at once none of the pesky waiting for a new release lol..

That is the good thing about find a old series.

I'm now jonesing for the new series that Jaye Wells is doing. Can't wait!

Isn't that funny, I'm just about to start
which is #3 in that series and yes they are all out.Alisa, I really enjoyed Feral Sins and I don't mind Pamela Palmer's series either ;)
I finished
which I really liked. Then I read
which I really did not like. I'm not sure I've even had such a drastic difference of opinions between two books in the same series. I finished
and thought it was ok. There really wasn't much to it. I think it was just a teaser to get you ready for Aden's book later this year and in that way it ment it's goal for me. I'm currently reading
Alisa wrote: "I finished

Did you read them back to back? I can burn out so much with PNR it is kind of weird but I will love the first book and loath the second especially when I read them to close together.
@Dawn.....yeah I did read them back to back but that wasn't really the issue for me. I just felt she made the hero/heroine weak copies of the couple from book one. I also had some big issues w/how crude & tacky the heroine was. A few things that came out of her mouth were those "NO! NO! NO!" things that you're pretty sure you're traumatised over. (view spoiler) I don't like when author's try to make women be like men to make then strong. I think a strong woman can still have some tact and class. I was ok w/it with Taryn in book one because, while I didn't love a lot of things that came out of her mouth, it made sense w/the back story of how she had been abused and picked on her whole life.

Is it any good?"I have read it, I liked it, the premise is different. It does start out slow.

thx......it sounded interesting. I think I'm gonna try book one.

If you do audios, it is good in that format.
Darcy wrote: "Alisa wrote: "Darcy wrote: "Alisa wrote: "Has anyone read this series

That's good to know. Who do you use for your audio books? I have Audible but have been looking at some others.
Alisa wrote: "That's good to know. Who do you use for your audio books? I have Audible but have been looking at some others."For ones that I want to buy I go through Audible. But I do get a lot through my library, ones I am more willing to take a chance since I don't have to pay for them. I got Blood Oath from the library.

@Alisa I have tried to get through the book and it did not work out
@Darcy Audio is a great idea!!
Dawn wrote: "@Darcy Audio is a great idea!!"I find that there are some books I can't "read", but I can listen to. This was one of those.
Right now I'm reading Insurgent, and right now I love it! When I'm done with this I'll read the third book Allegiant. Can't wait!
Caressa wrote: "Samantha I just finished #8 it was awesome. I am on to #9!"that gives me total encouragement hehe...though I haven't read one that hasn't had my attention fully, nor haven't liked or loved. These are some great books, with a great world that I picture so vividly in my mind.
I just finished
I took me awhile to get in to it. An event at about the 2/3 mark had me so entrenched I was up till 2:00am finising the book. It was a heart wrenching read for me. It's a contemp book that deals w/drunk driving, grief, forgiveness. Definately time to move on to something light hearted. No idea what I'll read next. I'm thinking of trying
Sandra wrote: "...Isn't that funny, I'm just about to start

I hope the series just keeps getting better :-)
Alisa wrote: "@Dawn.....yeah I did read them back to back but that wasn't really the issue for me. I just felt she made the hero/heroine weak copies of the couple from book one. I also had some big issues w/ho..."Ah that is a very valid point.
Think you will read the next one or are you done with it?
You know her vampire series is like that too...similar plot devices between the first and second book
I tend to suspend belief and just go with the flow, so I quite liked
though I can totally see where you're coming from Alisa ;)Dawn, I think the Siri Jaxs's just get better and better.

Clover Doves by Courtney FiligneziStruggling towards the light
Emma Fiorello is sixteen and deeply in love with Eric Florentino, a bright and caring, but wayward youth. They have a very special connection which Emma felt virtually as soon as they met. According to Emma they are “soul mates”. Eric knows what she means, but is perhaps a little less ‘spiritual’ in his outlook. Life is fresh and good, but Emma also senses that perhaps she and Eric will not stay together. Suddenly Emma is attacked and raped and her life begins the swift process of falling apart. Can Emma survive this turmoil and will she and Eric struggle through it, or will the premonition of relationship break-up come true?
Clover Doves could be classified as a paranormal romance: it is a love story with references to precognition, empathic telepathy and ghosts. The novel is, however, also part spiritual philosophy and part self-development/psychology. This is not to imply that Clover Doves is overly ‘preachy’ or contains lectures on these subjects: the philosophy and psychology arise naturally from the plot and characters, and are quite skilfully woven into the novel. It is clear, though, that Filigenzi has done much reading and thinking about the subject of human potential. Beyond these specialized subjects the novel is also very much about ‘ordinary’ life struggles: family, friends, love relationships, suffering, conflict and death. Clover Doves is skilfully written and will appeal to a quite wide variety of readers, especially those willing to keep an open mind.
