Is this a book?

I am not sure if this is a book or not. It is a Women's Weekly recipe book (the second of two) with recipes compiled from multiple issues of their magazine. It has a number that appears to be an ISBN - 9313006009597, but when I search for it here I get nothing. I thought I'd better check that it follows the guidelines of what a book is before I created a new entry for it. Thanks for your time.

Those are perfectly fine books, but 9313006009597 is not a valid ISBN. It appears some of these don't actually have ISBNs.

Yes, after some searching on the site I found what looks like the same two books as I have with different covers. Thanks for your help Rivka.
