MsLucyYC | 42 comments @Beatrice: I'm kind of scared to read the sequel, coz the end of this book was good. I don't think my poor little heart can take it if something bad happens to Andrew. *sigh*

message 1752: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) @Lucy- I really thought it would be a stand alone book. I'm already satisfied with the last part. I hope all is good with Andrew. *cross fingers

Yay, I can read this over and over again :)

MsLucyYC | 42 comments @Leslie: I know, it's so good. Try listening to Barton Hallow at the same time it's mentioned in the book I got goosebumps. :-)

Poison and Wine is also lovely. :-)

MsLucyYC | 42 comments @Beatrice: I'll think I'll put off reading Book 2 (coz I'm a wuss). I'll wait for your review then I'll read it. :-)

I listened to the song, it's quite creepy lol

message 1757: by MsLucyYC (new)

MsLucyYC | 42 comments @Leslie: Hahaha! I thought of the same thing when I first listened to it, but it grew on me. ;-)

message 1758: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm going to look for the lyrics to validate its creepiness :D

message 1759: by Brooke (new)

Brooke (brookeluvsbooks) Ok I just finished reading Prodigy and I am still picking up the pieces of my broken heart off the floor. This book was sooooo good but the ending is a killer ( like The Darkest Minds) and I really need the next book like now!!!

LOL. I think Barton Hallow's a place so it's possible that you're not imagining the creepiness. :-)

kirstin ✿ (shoutohdoroki) | 290 comments I have a couple of things to share:

1. If you're one of my friends you're probably aware that I join this roleplay groups where we... well, roleplay characters. And I really enjoy them quite a lot! It helps me improve my writing skills.

2. Writing successful fighting scenes are a hard feat! But their challenging and a lot more fun!

3. Don't you just hate know-it-all characters?

message 1764: by [deleted user] (new)

Hahaha who doesn't? :) but it keeps the story interesting and no matter how much you hate them, they just don't die, well, not until they've hurt the protagonist severely.

Did i make sense? Lol my head has gone somewhere..

Agree! Somehow it reminds me of Dylan from the Maximum Ride series. I haven't read it yet before, but I've been hearing a lot about him being this perfect but really annoying guy.

message 1772: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm salad addicted now! I've had it every meal for the last five days (including breakfast!!!). Do you think that's an illness or something? Lol

MsLucyYC | 42 comments It's good. :-) Action packed from start to finish. :-)

message 1778: by [deleted user] (new)

I have to go see that. Anything with Benedict Cumberbatch AND Chris Pine is a must see. The first one was really good too

I know!! tell me about it!! between presentations, reports and mid terms, I have barely slept last week, let alone reading! and I have got a huge presentation coming on the next Saturday and so far preparation is zero!! I feel like crying!! :'(

(sorry if I bored you to tears! I need some venting!)

message 1786: by [deleted user] (new)

It's fine Samia! We're here to listen to you!!! Feel free to send me a message if you need to let some more out

Samia Ruponti (snoebell92) | 451 comments lol Sarah, thank you so much!!

anyway guys, I need help!! We were told to develop a marketing plan for a hypothetical company that markets organic vegetables (although as a finance major, what I'll do with this particular skill beats me) and I have zero idea about how to segment the market. So, umm....who buys organic vegetables? moms, dads, young people, old people......I just need a idea!! :'(

message 1788: by [deleted user] (new)

Moms, usually and health-conscious people?

message 1789: by Tati (new)

Tati I don't know if it helps, but I don't buy organic vegetables because they are too expensive for me (and for a lot of people I know). So if you could work around that, it would be great for your business :)

message 1790: by [deleted user] (new)

I know my family does Samia. We are health-nuts haha

Especially people with babies and small children. The thinner the skin on the fruit or vegetable the more pesticide/herbicide gets into the food. I might buy a non organic melon (thick skin) but organic berries (thin skin) for my kids.. Does this help?

message 1797: by [deleted user] (new)

Glad it's not just me. My hubby thought that she was fine, but I guess I pictured someone taller and a little less...boring. That sounds harsh, but there's been so much build up and I just pictured someone that would really stand out.

Jalyn (jalynnie) | 3827 comments My husband just killed a GIANT spider that was on my floor. Now I'm freaking out. Like seriously freaking out. I keep thinking that he has friends hiding somewhere in my house and they're all plotting to get me in my sleep. *Shudder
