How do all of you imagine the characters for the books you're reading? What's your basis? :)Just curious how it works for other readers!

I'm not sure what exactly you mean. Could you give an example? ^-^
Well, when you read a book, how do you imagine what the MC looks like? Is it based from a celebrity, or a person you know in real life? That kind of thing... :)

Which is why I can get upset every once and the while when the cover does not match the description of the character in the book. After that I don't really imagine characters that much I guess. I'm more focused on the plot of the story than the characters. O.o

But that doesn't stop us from wishing christian people a happy Christmas, or even getting a bit of cake if the families are close! :)

Hi friends :) I've been a bit MIA lately for a couple reasons.. For one I'm not reading near as much... Also I'm 15 weeks pregnant! If you remember I mentioned a few months ago that I started IVF and it worked so here we are, expecting our first baby. We're over the moon but it's all so overwhelming! Anyways, I miss you guys and hope you're all doing well and enjoying everything you read :)

Which one is the crown prince? It's been awhile since I've read it so I'm basing most of this off my review. Sadly it's not very detailed. I'm going to re-read it next month. ^-^

I'm looking for some books I read as a kid. Young adult fantasy novels.One is about 3 girls, they each have a different stone that allows them certain powers and I think they all like the same guy? The cover I remember was bright orange, with one of the stones on it.
The other is about a kingdom in which every once in a while they bring all the young eligible girls to be trained to be the next potential princess. The cover looked asian, almost like a Japanese mountain painting, because it took place in the mountains, the main character used to work in the quarry.
