We have holiday for full moon too, though it is optional (you have to apply beforehand), so it's not so weird. I think it has something to do with Buddhists.

Sea Salt Fudge Brownie update---slightly disappointing. They needed to be more chocolatey even though the sea salt definitely added a nice flavor :)

you have to try fudge. There are some that only take 5 t0 10 minutes to prep then some to hard and cool down. And they are amazing. Whats the best about cooking/baking for me is playing with the recipes.
