I'm doing a buddy on starting April 25th, and we've decided to take it slow because the book is really long. You're more than welcome to join :) It'll probably take us at least 1 month to get through it

So, why is it that no matter how far apart your book requests from the library are put in. They still all come in at the same time. I have 3 books now requested more than a month apart and there all in within just 1 week.

I find it happens with netgalley and edelweiss as well. you get nothing for weeks, and then get 6 all at once!

I have the same problem. And my mom has over 1500 books in the living room so self space is kind of limited. Still haven't read most of them and just had a birthday, got over ten new books. There still coming in. It's a great present but will take forever to read through them all.

Omg yes!! This is so true. I sometimes go on a requesting spree and then I don't hear anything for 2 months and then suddenly I get all 40 books at once >.<

yeah, shelf space is a nightmare! My eldest aunt has kind of an eidetic memory about books (she never reads one book twice, but still remembers everything), so I inherit all her books. and I still go and buy new ones! :'(

oh yes, me too, unless it was an awesome one, even then, I most likely forget names! :p

After being a nook user for 5 years I have officially made the switch.. My charging port stopped working and I was tired of buying new nooks! So I got the kindle paperwhite today.. I'm so excited about it!

It's like Kindle Unlimited, but some of the Big Five (biggest publishing houses) have books there.

It's not Kindle compatible, however.
