I know I do it sometimes but most of the time life gets in the way. And I normally start it later and I say it besides that most of the time for people don't comment and leave me alone and I feel awkward discussing book by myself. And then there is this one person who does the same buddy reads in different groups and each date contradict each other. This same person never responds when I say I want to buddy read a book with them.

Yeah, I understand life can get in the way and that sometimes you don't have the oppurtunity to let people know that you have to drop out, but I find that it happens a lot :/ I've also been dropping out myself, but most of the time I leave a note in the thread saying that I have to cancel due to whatever reason :) It's super awkward to discuss with yourself! :D
