Robert Negut (cavalary) | 58 comments New here and added the edition I had of No Future in It and ended up with a separate book instead of just another edition. Is that supposed to happen, the system taking time to put it in the right place, or...?

First didn't put in anything under ISBN or description, but then found this and went with the ISBNs from there. The code on it is 123-07008-075, no clue what that is. Copied the description too.

So... Now what?

Moloch | 2828 comments You didn't do anything wrong: I suppose you've clicked the "add a new edition" link. Contrary to what one may think, creating a new book that way doesn't automatically combine it with the other editions, so it wasn't your "fault".

Combining is a librarians' prerogative: you can't do it, I see that someone has done it for you

Melanie♥ (meliaann) | 47 comments Robert, I combined the edition you added with the editions already in goodreads. Now all three editions show up when you search for the title.
