Sherry Gorman (sherrygmd) | 1 comments On a chilly January morning, anesthesiologist Dr. Jenna Reiner made her daily drive to St. Augustine Hospital, completely unaware that her life was about to change forever. One of the surgical scrub technicians in her hospital has been stealing syringes and infecting patients with hepatitis C.
When Dr. Jenna Reiner administered anesthesia, she had no way of knowing that she was holding a murder weapon in her hands. Dr. Reiner would soon find out that not only was her hospital at risk, but that her entire life was about to be turned upside down. The scrub tech’s addiction evolved into a public health scare. Unfortunately, on that fateful day, Dr. Reiner and her patient fell victim to an addict.
The battle against the thieving surgical technician was only the beginning. The ensuing medical malpractice suit filed by Allison Anders, a ruthless attorney, becomes the battle of Jenna Reiner’s life -- the fight for her reputation, her pride, and her sanity. Jenna Reiner faces more demons than she thought imaginable as she fights against greed, brutality, accusations, and a corrupt legal system. Will Dr. Reiner prevail? Or will the system win?
Beautifully composed, and inspired by true events, "It's Nothing Personal" is a suspenseful, riveting, and emotional thriller which chronicles the story of faith and fortitude when an innocent woman finds herself surrounded by corruption and greed.

Lee Enderlin | 4 comments Lee Enderlin Thanks for the opportunity to post here. I hope this isn't too long.

I've got two books new on Amazon.com for the Kindle reader. One is a pure horror novel, "The Dead of Winter," and is available for $3. Here's the blurb:

College student Christy Brewer lives in a personal hell at home with an increasingly unreasonable and violent father while balancing school and a love life. Meanwhile, over a hundred miles away, in a small ski resort town, Police Chief Wayne Marski is suddenly dealing with a serial killer who is dispatching people in a particularly grisly manner. Worse, the few clues indicate that he is dealing with a human adversary.
Or is he?
Their stories coincide in a suspenseful and action-filled climax as a centuries-old curse comes home.

And here's the link:
http://www.amazon.com/The-Dead-of-Win...

Yeah, I know. It's stupidly long.
My other book is a brief anthology of four stories: three horror and one mystery. It's called "Four Tales for Midnight" and costs $1. Here's the blurb:

Four tales of extreme suspense and mystery aimed at getting the heart pumping. Hard. A soldier on D-Day finds an enemy soldier acting very strangely indeed; a jilted husband creates a grisly scavenger hunt; a marriage reconciliation service ABSOLUTELY guarantees positive results—the question is, how? And more!
Turn out the lights and enter a bizarre world, but remember—don't go in the basement!

And the link:

I'd love to hear what you have to say about my books. Thanks!!

Irving Podolsky | 36 comments Well...everybody's doing it, so I'll jump in too.

"Irv's Odyssey" is a comic trilogy of extremes. If you were to read the back cover of book one, this is what you'd see:

Irving Podolsky is a nice Jewish boy looking for a nice Jewish girl and a job out of college which would, you know, make the world a better place. But when our hero’s food supply dwindles down to a slab of Velveeta and a jar of pickles, our lad takes his only job offer: directing porn movies. This leads to the night shift in a mental hospital, only to be replaced by the lowest rung in food service, which drives Irv so bonkers his mind ejects out of his body to the Other Side. Irv’s Odyssey is a humorous quest for truth, love and meaning while lost in alternate life styles, a psychedelic drug culture and the free-love of the seventies. "Lost in a Looking Glass" starts the journey.

Patrick Jones | 9 comments Hi Cynthis!! Thanks so much for letting me list my book here! The book is "The Wolf's Moon" bestseller by Patrick Jones at Amazon http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0077F0DFI.
The Wolf's Moon by Patrick Jones
In “The Wolf’s Moon” (ISBN 146636016X), author Patrick Jones creates a spellbinding tale of an ancient animal that haunts the foothill towns of Missouri’s Ozark Mountains. An unknown group of scientists has genetically engineered a Dire Wolf into the present day. Allegedly extinct, the ferocious beast preys upon the innocent people of Maple Hills.

To hunt and kill the beast, the town folk will have to rely on the tracking feats of Mark Lansdowne. He is a reluctant hero, still mourning the loss of his wife to illness. Relying on his rescue dogs and indefatigable hunting skills, Mark will set out on foot in search of the mysterious beast. Yet the hunter’s personal history and romantic entanglements will come back to haunt him during his search for the vicious animal.

Accompanying him on the hunt is his pal Warren Skruggs, who knew Mark when he was known as Michael Linden, a chapter of his history that he prefer be kept to the past. Adding to the intrigue are two beautiful, intelligent women who aid the hunter in his quest. Their looks and smarts would make the Bond Girls envious but Mark is still a grieving widower, unsure of how to move forward.

With its mixture of high-stakes hunting and personal and romantic intrigue, “The Wolf’s Moon” is a page-turner that will keep the reader captivated with its unexpected story twists. The thriller suspense novel is a real story grounded in the life and folkways of the Ozark Mountains not just another unbelievable werewolf story grafted onto the romance of the South.

“The Wolf’s Moon,” is available for sale online at Amazon.com.

If you like romance...if you like to laugh...if you like things steamy...and if you like a little magic and intrigue...then check out

Control Control (The Soul of Voodoo, #1) by M.C. Lavocat

Yes, it is a Paranormal Romance. No, it is not like every other Paranormal Romance. Just go with it, trust me.

Let me say right away, you are not going to be given a crash course on New Orleans voodoo while you watch the main characters muddle through magical mishaps, fight deadly enemies with mad jujitsu skills, or fall madly in love because they have great sex. Sorry to disappoint...no, actually I'm not.

Don't get your panties in a twist; I promise there will be magic, voodoo, love, and of course, hot monkey sex. There is always hot monkey sex. However, that isn't why you should read this book.

~*~No, actual monkeys are not involved. Perv.~*~

This is why: I like to read and write about things that make me laugh, even in serious moments. I love action, interactions, and drama. I like my characters to have character, and I don't want them to be made of words; I want the characters to burst forth in my mind, I want to be a part of the story, and I want to wish it would never end. I want them to struggle internally as well as externally, and dammit, I want a plot to develop to fruition. I want you to have it too...

After his self transformation into a four legged, scaled beast, he names himself the Dragon. At the head of his rebel angel army and his dragon flocks, he brings war to the angel lands. Stacey Brown (staceymariebrown) Hey everyone! My book DARKNESS OF LIGHT is a Mature YA/New Adult Paranormal Romance.

Darkness Of Light by Stacey Marie Brown
Freak. Witch. Crazy. Schizo.

Ember Brycin has been called them all. She’s always known she’s different. No one has ever called her normal, even under the best circumstances. Bizarre and inexplicable things continually happen to her, and having two different colored eyes, strange hair, and an unusual tattoo only contributes to the gossip about her.

When the latest school explosion lands her in a facility for trouble teens, she meets Eli Dragen, who’s hot as hell and darkly mysterious. Their connection is full of passion, danger, and secrets. Secrets that will not only change her life, but what and who she is—leading her down a path she never imagined possible.

Between Light and Dark, Ember finds a world where truth and knowledge are power and no one can be trusted. But her survival depends on finding out the truth about herself. In her pursuit, she is forced between love and destiny and good and evil, even when the differences between them aren’t always clear. At worst, she will incite a war that could destroy both worlds. At best, she will not only lose her heart but her life and everyone she loves. Once the truth is out, however, there will be no going back. And she’ll definitely wish she could.
