King Elias's coucil came to meet with him.
Spencer brought the books to her councils meeting. Instead of being in the library they go to the north tower where most of their important meetings were held.
King Elias continued to talk with his council.
Spencer figured out that she needed to look in the battle archives library. It might help. She went to it as the council finished their meeting with her. They discussed to send out an announcement of the wedding being cancelled to all the kingdoms and king elisa because of Spencer being ill.
Spencer left with her council. She went to the battle archive's library getting passed King Elia's council without them insulting her.
Spencer read the history's of battles with black magic. She thought of Drake.
One of Drake's soldiers came to see him.
She realized she needed to talk to King Elias.
She tells her mother what she learned.
Drake sighed. He hoped this would all get fixed.
Spencer woke up thinking someone was in her room. She Layed back down and went back to sleep.
Spencer woke up to something again. She smelled smoke. She saw a huge fire. She got up hearing screams she ran to the door but wasn't able to get out.
One of Drake's guards who was walking in the hallway heard her screams.
Spencer screamed for help unable to get out the smoke was getting closer to her and the fire. She started coughing badly she started to pass out.
The guard tried to break down the door. He called for the others to help him.
Spencer coughed badly the fire was getting closer. She started to see someone come out of the fire. She screamed again it was her uncle it was impossible.
The door was really thick. The guards kept trying to break it down.
She tried to open it but screamed again when a sword slashed her.
The door was starting to give way. The guards kept beating it.
She felt her face the sword slashed her and it would scar. The slash was from the top of her forehead on the right side down to her chin it wasn't deep but it was enough to scar for life. She started seeing a figure in the fire. She screamed again seeing it was her uncle he was using Black magic. She started to get burned as the fire came closer.
The door came down and the guards rushed in. They tried to get Spencer.
Spencer moved back shaking badly her uncle disappeared with the fire. All that was left were black magic symbols and burns all over her room including on her and the huge cut on her face. She fainted from all of it.
One of the guards tried to drag Spencer out of the room. The others searched for her uncle.
Spencer didn't wake up for a bit her burns and cut hurting her badly. The cut bleeding.
Spencer tried to stay awake. Shaking badly thinking her uncle was there in the castle but he wasn't.
The healer quickly examined her wounds.
Spencer woke up hallucinating badly. She touched the gash and knew it would scar badly no one could heal it. The buds would go away. "The fire is it out?" She asked softly.
"Yes," the healer told her. "The fire's out. just in time. This cut is going to scar, I'm afraid."
Spencer nodded shaking a bit. "He was in my room the whole time during the fire. He started it as a warning. He cursed my room before he left." She said softly tears in her eyes.
"My uncle." She said to the healer. "He was in my room I had no idea until the fire I saw the black magic symbols.
"Your uncle?!" the healer was shocked.
She nodded shaking badly feeling more blood.
The healer put a poultice on her wound and gave her a drink. "you need some sleep," he? said.((can you remember if it was a he or she? lol))
((it doesn't matter))She drank the water and nodded agreeing she needs to sleep.
Spencer rested.The council just arrived seeing the fire in Spencers room. They were speaking to her mother.
the healer told them that it was her uncle.
