Spencer prays in her head hoping Drake will be fine. She would need his help. The wedding was soon and all the chaos was making it worse.

The healer sent someone to go get Spencer about five hours later.
Spencer goes to the Healers cottage with her guards. The rest protecting the castle.
Spencer nods "Thank you." She said before going to Drake hoping he's alright her guard holding Brandon.
"He's barely awake, mam, but he was asking for you." The healer said.
((It's alright!:)))Spencer nods looking at Drake she turns to the healer "Thank you for the help." She said she was grateful they had a kind Healer to help them.
Spencer smiled at Drake and sat by him "Hi Drake." She said smiling.
Drake smiled weakly. "What happened? Is everybody ok?" He asked.
Spencer smiled "Everything is fine. But Bandits attacked the kingdom taking all that they could and..." She stops feeling tears in her eyes.
Drake reached out and took her hand. "I'm sorry," He said.
Spencer holds his hand tears fall down her face. Drake probably knew that her father was killed by King Elias.
"I should have been able to stop him," Drake said regretfully.
"Drake you did your best." she said looking at his wound.
"I was foolish. I underestimated my father." Drake said.
"Drake your lucky to be alive." she said.
Drake smiled at her. "Does he know I'm alive?" he asked.
Spencer says "im not sure." shee said.
Drake nodded. "He'll find out sometime if he doesn't already."
Spencer nods "You'll be guarded well enough until your healed. I wont let you get hurt." she said.
"You're queen now, I guess?" Drake asked.
Spencer nods "Yes I am." she ssid softly.
"You can fix most of this, now, then. You don't have to marry me anymore." Drake said.
Spencer says "I need to marry someone Drake and there is no one else." She admitted.
"No," Drake said. "If you marry me then I will have as much influence as you in the kingdom, which will mean my father will as well. You have to find someone else."
Spencer tries to think their were no other princes she could date.
Spencer looks at him "Try to rest no one will be able to hurt you." She said in a promising way.
Drake tried to smile positively at her. It was difficult. Things would be much harder after what had happened.
Spencer smiled and kissed his forehead. "I'll come and visit you tommorrow." She said.
Spencer nods and leaves with her guard.
Spencer and the guard go back to the castle.
Drake got one of his guards to keep an eye on Spencer and King Elias.
Spencer sends a note to the counsle ready for them to come.
Drake went to sleep. His stomach was hurting him badly.
Spencer makes sure she sends pain killers for Drake.
((sorry, didn't see it))A few hours later Drake woke up.
((Your fine))Spencer waited for the counsle to come as she filled out some forms. For the kingdom.
Drake felt kind of worthless sitting there doing nothing.
Spencer keeps working trying to strand herself from King Elias.
Drake asked the healer for a pen and some paper and he began writing down ideas for how to fix things.
Spencer walked through the castle she sees some of the counsel come a little at the time. The funeral of King Alistair came soon.
Spencer kept going around and helped with her fathers funeral. She holds Brandon in her arms.
Drake asked a servant to get him a book on the rules of the kingdom and bring it to him.
Spencer dresses in black now as she worked.
Drake read through the book as much as he could, but then he fell asleep again.
