Spencer attacks the other that was going to hit Drake.

The others rushed at them. "To the horses!" Drake called. He fought off another one of them.
Spencer hits one more before running to her horse. Her necklace dropping deep into the grass. She mounts her horse.
Drake retreated to his horse and climbed on. The bandits were coming straight for them. "Come on!" Drake said. He dug his heels into his horse's flanks.
Spencer's horse runs immeadiately. Spencer tries not to bump into anything. Hoping she is still wearing her mothers necklace but doesn't feel it.
Drake could hear the shouts of the bandits behind them. He looked to make sure that Spencer was beside him.
Spencer keeps riding faster. Shaking a little.
Finally Drake could see the castle in the distance.
Spencer keeps riding hearing the other bandits close to her. She goes faster.
Spencer goes faster and faster until they reach the castle stables.
Spencer dismounts her horse. Happy no bandits came after them.
"I'm going to have to tell Dad about this, and we'll send out soldiers to capture them." Drake said.
Spencer nods "THey might be coming after us. I'm surprised that they didn't recognize us."
"I don't think they would dare come into the city." Drake said. "Do you still have everything of yours?
Spencer nods "I do." She said not realizing her neckace was missing.
"Good. We need to report this. Come on." Drake said.
Spencer nods and goes with him to report it.
King Elias was in the same room as Spencer's father.
Spencer goes with Drake. She knocks on the door. She hears her father say come in as a guard opens the door. Spencer walks in.
Drake came in after her."What is it?" King Elias asked.
"Bandits attacked us at the beach." Spencer said King Alistar looks up and goes to his daughter puling her into a hug.
"Very well. Drake, assemble a dozen soldiers and track them down." He didn't seem very concerned about it.
Spencer's dad lets her go so she can stand.
"I'll have some of my best go with you." King Alistar said.
"He doesn't need your soldiers. Mine will do just fine." King Elias said.
King Alistar nods. "Spencer why don't you go to your room and freshen up tonight meet me in your mothers study." He said softly Spencer nods "Yes father." She said before leaving to her room her guard with her.
"Drake, come here. I need to talk to you in private." King Elias said.
King Alistar leaves to his wives study. Spencer changes and goes to her moms study.
"Thank you for offering your men," Drake said before King Alistar left.
"That was a good play, Drake." King Elias said. "Faking a bandit attack to win the favor of the girl. The kingdom will love you."
Spencer meets her father. "Do you what happened there?" King Alistar asked Spencer nods "I don't know Bandits haven't been here in a decade why come back now?" She asked "Did you recognize them?" He asked "The leader I recognized." She said.
"Faking?" Drake asked. "What do you mean, Father? That was real."
"Alright by the way I found this." He said showing her her necklace Spencer blushes "Never loose it your mother wanted you to keep it." He said Spencer nods and takes it putting it on "I won't ever take it off Father." SHe said.
"I know what you're up to, Drake." King Elias said. "And although I'm somewhat angry at you for lying to me, I'm proud of you for thinking it up."
Spencer and her father talk for a couple of hours eating dinner in her mothers study. He gave her the key to it it would be her office as queen.
"I don't know what you're talking about, Father. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to assemble some soldiers to take out in the morning." Drake said.
Spencer gets ready to go to her room. Her father going to get some sleep.
"Very well, go on." King Elias said. Drake walked out into the hallway.
Spencer takes the slow way to her room.
Drake crossed paths with her. "Goodnight, Spencer." He said.
Spencer looks up "Good Night Drake." She said.
Spencer nods before going to her room.
Drake went down to the barracks to recruit soldiers for his expedition.
