Combining Editions

Hi - I'm trying to combine editions of my book; The Not So Secret Emails Of Coco Pinchard (Kindle & Print) with its Slovak language print Edition, E-maily Coco Pinchardovej. I have had a go at doing this, but can't seem to make it work and have also create a duplicate without a cover image which needs deleting. Please could someone help?
