message 1202: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie um... question please?

message 1203: by [deleted user] (new)

Sorry.
Do you want a tattoo if so where and what?

message 1204: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie Hm. I'm too young to think about this now. But what I did see was a putting a black colored keyhole tattoo on the back of the neck. Simple, but I kind of like it.
Once again, too young.

Best idea ever?

message 1205: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel What kind of idea? Well, my friend told me she read somewhere that someone had an idea to write a book where gradually the main character falls in love with the reader. And the last line in the book would be "Please don't close this book I don't think I could continue living without you." I reckon it would be hard to pull off but cool.
If you meant best idea ever of mine, I don't really get good ideas, just pretty stupid ones that people take seriously :-)
Worst idea ever?

between the lines “In the English language there are orphans and widows, but there is no word for the parents who loses a child.”
― My Sister's Keeper

Saddest thing that happened to someone in a book that you read?

message 1207: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie Sirius Black's death.
R.I.P.
Poor Harry. :(

can't think of a question, so same question.

message 1208: by Jeana (new) - rated it 4 stars

Jeana Marie In Dreamland by Sarah Dessen, when she's getting beaten up by her boyfriend, but she loves him, so she doesn't know how to get out of the situation. And, yes, I also agree with Jamie ^ :(

What's your worst fear?

message 1209: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel Being stranded in a place where I don't speak the language and they don't speak mine and I have no way of getting home and no money and no friends and no way of communicating anyone who could help me.
Most emotional song?

Needmorebooks kiss me by Ed Sheeran. or maybe Before the Storm...which is by the Jonas Brothers, I think.

same question.

message 1211: by Juggles (new) - rated it 5 stars

Juggles No.

Have you ever lied to keep a relationship going?(boyfriend, girlfriend, sister, cousin, etc.)

between the lines While I may not be very honest, I don't think I ever did that. But I am pretty diplomatic and try not to hurt others even if it means I have to lie to them.

Do you think it is ok for people to lie if it means that someone's feelings are spared or do you think we should all be totally honest with each other ?

message 1213: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel I think that it is okay t lie in certain circumstances, or at least conceal the truth a little bit. People who end a sentence with "I'm just being honest!" have usually said something very hurtful but then make it look like an almost kind thing they did, even though what they said was basically mean. Mostly I stick by the policy if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all, but if someone asks my direct opinion about like, their new dress (and it didn't look good) I would say something like,
"You make everything look good, but I think I prefer that dress you wore (insert time here), maybe you should wear that one instead because you don't get that much time to wear it."
Same question: To lie or not to lie

message 1214: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie Well, I agree with Sorrel totally. It depends on the situation. But, I feel that you should be a little more on the honest side. Not brutally honest, but enough so that no feelings are potentially going to be REALLY hurt in the future.

Favorite piece of artwork?

message 1215: by Kelseyc (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kelseyc I think it's okay if your sparing someone's feelings.

message 1216: by Kelseyc (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kelseyc I don't really have one but I love art.

Trees or flowers

message 1217: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie Trees. They're one of my favorite things to read under in the summer, I really want a willow tree when I get my own house, to read under the shade.

Favorite song?

message 1218: by Angela (new) - rated it 5 stars

Angela Stubborn love by the lumineers

MOVIES OR TV SHOWS

message 1219: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel Mmm, movies.

Do like reading the book first or watching the movie first?

Jeana Marie reading the book, definitely.

message 1221: by Kelseyc (new) - rated it 5 stars

message 1222: by Angela (last edited Aug 09, 2013 05:12PM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Angela I'd like to be 30 for a day just to see if I accomplished what I wanted to! -- does that count for an answer?!

how many times did you read The Truth About Forever?

message 1223: by Needmorebooks (last edited Aug 10, 2013 05:12PM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Needmorebooks definitely reading the book first.

Oh, and Ive read the truth about forever 4 times.

i really can't seem to think of a new question, so same question. (watching the movie first or reading the book)

message 1224: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel I don't know, sometimes watching the book after is better because then the films don't disappoint you. And (if you're like me) you don't annoy every one of your friends by sitting smugly smiling while they're all crying because you know what's going to happen next.
I've read the truth about forever four times. The second time was straight after I'd finished it the first. I just went back to the start and began reading it again :-)

Favourite Sarah Dessen quote?

between the lines Even though TTAF is like my favourite book. Most, if not all of my favourite quotes are from Just Listen. My top three in no particular order:

“Don't think or judge, just listen.” Classic.

“Silence is so freaking loud.” Funny and thought provoking.

“I am the middle sister. The one in between. Not oldest, not youngest, not boldest, not nicest. I am the shade of gray, the glass half empty or full, depending on your view. In my life, there has been little that I have done first or better than the one preceding or following me. Of all of us, though, I am the only one who has been broken.” Beautiful.

What would you do if you ever get a chance to meet Sarah Dessen?

message 1226: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie READING THE BOOK FIRST. That means everything to me. Don't ever see a movie first if you plan on reading the book later. It spoils the book because you already know what will happen.

First word that pops into your head when I say... "miss"

message 1227: by Kelseyc (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kelseyc @summerbreeze: I would ask her every question I possibly could about writing and the publishing industry.
@jamie: the first word I think of is 'you'

What is your favorite classic book?

message 1228: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel Mmm... I really like Jane Eyre, and I LOVE Anne of Green Gables and the Hobbit is just such a "By-the-fire-with-a-cat-and-some-hot-chocolate-in-a-big-comfy-armchair" book. So those three I guess.
Do you prefer books that were written a while ago (min 50 years) or new releases?

message 1229: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie It depends I mean, I really like things now a days, but some older books are nice too.

I'll ask @juggles question: what is your lazy day outfit?

message 1232: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie Sweat pants and a sweat shirt. Favorite outfit ever.

what do you want to have as an occupation? (E.R. Nurse)

message 1233: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel Do you mean like a job? I reckon I will be a a history teacher because I love that subject.
If one of you're friends was having a birthday party and for some reason you could not go shopping for something, what would you wear (party= dance type thing)?

message 1234: by Kelseyc (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kelseyc Umm...I would wear my sequined top with my washed out jeans and my high top high heels.

What is your favorite outfit?

message 1235: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel Hard one... Black Heart blue or the Novice were both really good and I have high hopes for the legend of broken.
What's your favourite song at the moment?

between the lines Mirror by Justin Timberlake.

What is the worst casting for a book to movie adaption you have ever seen?

message 1237: by between the lines (last edited Aug 11, 2013 07:04AM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

between the lines Mostly when I get results for my exams, especially the ones that I totally knew I didn't do well. I need someone else to look at my marks because my legs don't even work properly.

Who do you think is an ideal celebrity couple? (Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, at least according to me)

message 1241: by Juggles (new) - rated it 5 stars

Where is your ideal reading spot?? (if you don't read then your favorite spot to hang out- but this is Goodreads so you should be reading!! lol)

message 1242: by Jeana (new) - rated it 4 stars

Jeana Marie No, and I'd never actually, like, brawl, but they'd definitely get some lip from me if they insulted my family!

Same question

Needmorebooks i've never been in a physical fight before, and I pretty much agree with Jeana - insulting my family would definitely be going too far!

ideal vacation destination?

message 1244: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie not sure. London, or Paris. Somewhere in Europe.

Worst/most embarrassing school experience?

message 1245: by Grace (new) - rated it 5 stars

Grace I'm home schooled.

Same question.

message 1246: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel Meh, depends how close, for certain people I would risk arrest, for others I would die and for some I would kill.
Most uncomfortable question you've ever been asked?

message 1247: by Jamie (new) - rated it 3 stars

Jamie "So... this Michael kid?" (This guy I like)
my mom asked... haha.

First relationship?

between the lines Haven't turned even 16 yet...so none.

Same question, since my answer was once again 'bland'

message 1249: by Sorrel (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sorrel Mmm... sometimes. If they've posted a negative comment that is for a book I like, I'm like so what DO you like, or if I'm just curious because they're profile picture is cool. But not just a random person.
Do you write, like stories/poems etc?

between the lines Yeah. Sort of. I always have many stories in my head but I never have enough time to write them down. And when I do have the time, I just don't feel like doing it. I did manage to write one story (I was forced to since it was our English assignment ) and I also a wrote a poem. It was pretty lame but in case you want to check it out. http://sunshineexpress.wordpress.com/...

One thing you were extremely proud to do?
