ISBN problem

I'm not sure if this is where I ask this question, but I thought I would start here. I added my book to Goodreads but when I pursued creating an advertisement, an error occurred saying the ISBN was already being used by another book/author, and when I put in the book title it did not come up in Goodreads. The above ISBN is:

ISBN  978-1-77127-232-2

So I can't get the add created because of this. I would appreciate any help in this matter.

Fixed.

For future reference, the ISBN13 needs to go in the ISBN 13 spot, not the ISBN 10 spot, and without anything but the numbers -- no dashes, etc.
