Lori, we can merge it into the anthology. But the second link doesn't seem to be to an anthology, but to a different book altogether.

Not an anthology, a novel by someone different which included the short story as an extra. See the end of the blurb.

I've seen no signs that it was ever separate. Lots of reviews which ALL say "included with Julian".

For future reference, it's helpful if you separate out the two editions you are asking to have merged.
