Adding Print Edition

I am trying to set up a giveaway from the print edition which isn't released yet, but I need the print edition in the GR database in order to do this. Can someone help me with this. Here is the information about the print edition. (The ebook edition is already up)

Thank you so much! Publication date is January 2013, pages are 266. Its self-published.
