I know exactly what you mean. In my entire life I have only met 4 other people with a name similar to mine and the one girl got her name from me (my mom and her mom used to work together). I doubt I'll find a book with my first or middle name (unless the book is really old for my middle name), but maybe my last name.

it doesn't matter as long as a part of your name is there. maybe last name or first name or middle name as long as it relates to your name and give a little bit of explanation why that book is what you read so it will work as a real slum book. if none of them works, do the SPELL OUT OF YOUR NAME. hehehe.

like for example for the name, if you chose give a brief description why it relates to your name. Name : Die for me *i have the same last name as the main character blah blah.*
