I am making a list for a friend who isn't on Goodreads. Is it possible for her to view the list without becoming a member. To I need to set my account in a special way? Thanks!

As long as non-goodreads members can see your profile it's good (:
Or if you want them to have a list of your books, you can go to "My Books" and from near bottom of leftmost column you can export your books to a data file.
