This is the most complex group I've ever been in.

really? how? I am only trying to make things as well thought out as possible...I like to plan months in advance before I make my groups but I loose my muse for the groups most of the time and then I loose activeness. I made this group in November and I just not got enough thoughts together to start it up.

I pick an idea I like, set up a charrie folder, then a few places (Library, School, Park..), and then I start. This takes a maximum of ten minutes.
