Probably Katniss (because she got an 11 in training) or Cato (because he looked pretty intimidating and got a high training score).
Cato.
Cato (he is from district 2 and got an 10), Katniss (got an 11 coming from district 12) or Clove (same as Cato). But after the new rule I would bet for Cato and Clove
Cato, Katniss, Clove, then maybe even Thresh
either cato clove or katniss and maybe even rue

I think I would have bet on Thresh. He was a tough guy, and you could tell that he could do well on his own without being part of the career pack. He just stuck out to me as being self sufficient when I was reading the book.
Katniss or Rue because Katniss is obviously very competetive and strong and Rue just hops from tree to tree! She's like pretty much a ninja!! :/
