Anyone gets to add a missing book or edition to the goodreads database. While adding, I would note "1st U.K. Edition also using isbn xxxx" in the edition field and/or add a "Note: this is 1st ...." At bottom of description field just like gets done when librarians create altnerate cover editions.
Once created, ask a librarian to put in a librarian note and combine it with the other editions if no one got to yet.
The librarian note just stops book from being edited for having wrong/duplicate isbn information.
Looking at the google results for "Landmarks Elizabeth I", it appears to be a software teaching program, which I think qualifies as NOT A BOOK. Also, no one has added the ISBN to their shelves. Therefore in this case I would edit the info for ISBN 0582102057 to match the book "Root and Branch". I am guessing that there is some data mix-up between the software and the novel listed on amazon, that has propagated to other sites.

It happens sometimes that an ISBN is used for more than one book. In that case your edition can be added, but without the ISBN.
