Book store

Damien is in the bookstore. He has already bought a book, but he's still looking at more. That is his problem, he always finds more after it's too late. Damien is a writer to the core, everything is about writing, ideas come to him almost constantly, he'd probably get a headache from it all if he wasn't so busy writing his ideas down. Damien see's a girl through the window, now normally Damien wouldn't notice things like this, but she was staring at his book, the book he had gotten published. The book that he'd worked years on, the book that is an international best seller. Damien walks out of the store and looks over at the girl, she's quite beautiful, but all Colbie girls seemed to be.

Omg this looks like a good one, she thought, close to running into the store and buying it.
Damien walks over to the girl, he leans agianst the shop window and says "So, what do you think?", he gestures to the book, Damien arches an eyebrow.

"Huh?" she asked, rubbing her forehead and squinting at him, not really being able to see past a foot into the store from the sun glare on the glass.
Damien moves in front of the light, his tall and dark figure standing over the beautiful girl, "The book, what do you think?" he says, his fire blue eyes regard her.

"But then again i a biased, they always say a writers worst critic is themselves" says Damien, he slides his hands into his dark jeans pockets, his ebony hair falls into his face slightly.

Damien smirks a little "Yeah, i'll sign it for you i you really want me too, although you might want to read it beforehand, you might hate it" he says.

"It's about a boy who's had to make it on his own after having to live on the streets in Ireland, thats the basic story anyway" answers Damien.
Damien takes a pen out from his waist band that is attached to one of his notebooks, he notices the girl looking "I always have to carry something ready to write my ideas on, they just come randomly most of the time" he says in a way of explaination.
"No, i write for different newspapers in the world, and my publishing comapany, they keep trying to get me to finish my second book, i almost have it, but i keep finding myself stuck, i came back here to see my brother and aunt, she's sick, and Colbie looks like a good place for inspiration" says Damien with a light smile.
Damien nods, "I hope so, my editors been on my arse for ages to get the last few chapters in" he says "So, do you live here?".
"No, my aunt does, i lived in Ireland until i was 14 then i came to England with my brother after my parents...died, so my brother lives here too, but i live...well i live all over, wherever i can write" answers Damien thoughtfully.
"Nah, it's either my motorbike, a rent a car in other countries or my own two legs...and once an elephant...and a few horses and donkey's" says Damien with a smirk.

Damien turns his intense gaze on her, he itches to write about the girl with beautiful eyes full of innocence, "You should, it is amazing out there" he says.

She turned towards the door, glancing over her shoulder as she pushed it open.
"See ya around," she said, stepping out onto the sidewalk.
Damien reaches out and takes her arm in his grasp, "I hope you like the book.....Kylie", his name rolls off of his tounge. Damien nods and lets go of her.

Kylie. She had never heard her name spoken that way, the way he said it, like it was delicate sugar in his mouth.
She shook her head with a little laugh, pulling her sunglasses back over her eyes. She had been reading too many romance novels lately.
Damien smiles and finds himself hoping to see the girl again. He reminds himself that she is quite young...not normally his type at all...but there is something about her that...inspires him, and Damien is drawn to anything that inspires him.
Belle locked up the store and grabbed her bag.
