Hi. I've come across this issue several times by now and there are too many seemingly-related posts that don't necessarily answer my question. So here we go: Some books have many translations, and I don't really personally care what shows up in my own profile (whether the org, the Eng. or the Turkish, my native). However, I think there's an issue when it appears in Sanskrit (Arabic, Persian etc.) which makes it less easy for a majority of the users to determine what the work is (Correct me if I'm wrong as I by no means tend to prioritise one language or alphabet over the others). Is there any way I can fix this as a librarian, or should I ask someone with more privileges?
The default edition is the one most shelved - unless the author is a GR Author then they can if they want set the default one that they want it to be/ If the author is not a GR author then the default edition remains the the one most shelved
