Help with adding books ot author profile

I have two new books out, and need them added to my author page.

My name is "Mark Todd" - a name of multiple authors!

Current books on my particular page are The Silverville Swindle; Tamped, But Loose Enough to Breathe; and Wire Song.

First book to add:
Strange Attractors - A Story about Roswell

Second book to add:
All Plucked Up: Book Two of the Silverville Saga

You are Mark-twospace-Todd, and if you want to have your books show up on your profile, you must put the two spaces between your first and last names.
I moved the book that you had already added to the database over to yuor profile.

#8: Done. You just need to put space twice between Mark and Todd, instead of 1 space :)

I am the publisher of 9780942208108 (Bandanna Books), originally published in 2000. I republished it and would like to add additional information, but on its page I am told that I only have permissions to change the metadata. How do I access it to change the description?

Another question: The book is coming out next month, and the publisher gave me a copy of the cover design. How do I have that added to the entry?

Sasha, you should create a new edition for the republished version. Don't change the existing record, because that is a record of the original publication.

Forgive me if I'm asking this in the wrong place -- couldn't seem to find this topic anywhere!

I started a Giveaway for a forthcoming book and it went up smoothly. Then I realized I needed to "Edit" the description, so I went in and did. And now it seems to have hung up in getting the Giveaway back "live."

Can you please point me to help?

Giveaways that are edited need to be re-approved by a staff member. Since the relevant staffers don't usually work weekends, I think that means Monday or Tuesday, most likely.

(And you can't find the right thread in this group because librarians have no control over giveaways. The Author Feedback group probably has some similar questions.)
