Divide Editions?

So, I‘ve got two questions I couldn‘t figure out by myself.

First question. In German, Sylvia Plath‘s "Johnny Panic and the Bible of Dreams" was divided into two parts: "Zungen aus Stein" (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17...) and "Die Bibel der Träume" (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/20...). If I understood correctly, these two parts shouldn‘t be combined as one edition. Or should they?

Second question. If they shouldn‘t, am I able to divide them – and if so, how?

That's correct. If they were published in two volumes they should neither be combined with each other, nor with the whole work. To separate go to the combine page, and look for the separate link right next to the edition you wish to separate. Click it, and the system will do the rest.
