Removing a book from a listopia list

So, I am a new librarian and a creator of the list "Best Books of 2012 (Excluding Paranormal Fantasy and Paranormal Romance)". This list is for people to vote for their favorite books that they have read that were published in 2012. I check the list daily to see how it's grown since I created it back in September. Overnight there was a new book added called "October Snow" by Jenna Brooks and 8 different people voted for it including the author. My problem with it is that there are no reviews for the book and no ratings, except later today one rating was added by the author. I haven't had a book be added with so many votes in one day that doesn't have ratings or reviews. It this cause for deleting it?

The only reason a book may be removed from a list is if it fails to meet the list's criteria. If it was published in 2012 and meets the genre restrictions, it stays.

Thanks for answering so quickly. I was a bit confused to see a book there without ratings or reviews.
