My social studies teacher was showing this absolutely horrifying video on the Holocaust. It's always been a subject that makes me want to just rip someone's heart out, and 'Children of the Holocaust' was just too much. In History class we were watching a news thing about the shooting and they showed pictures and the names of the children who died and i just couldnt take it. I hate crying in front of people, because they don't know that part of me. Most people think I'm this sunny, energetic, happy thing 24/7. So it's really weird for both them and me. But I also hate teachers for thinking we're all just gonna take it like they're reading out of a storybook about some far away thing of no concern. The Holocaust is not just some history lesson.
