Also, does that ISBN belong to the paperback, the ebook, or both?

Sorry about that (ebay). I added the cover pic to my blog entry on the kindle publication, it's also on a Sept. 2011 blog entry under same title. The ISBN is for the paperback version. Thanks.

By the way, you are Ann-2space-Allen. That means there is an extra space between your first and last names (only visible on the author profile edit page and book edit pages) to keep your books and profile separate from other authors with the same name.
