He is a hero who is playboy.Thats REAL him.Thats who he is.Everyone has good and bad points.He also have them.Not like other many superheros.So thats why he is awesome.
Um, Abhishek, as a guy, I don't think that's how a girl would think. The fact that Batman is mysterious is the reason why she would interested on him. Then the fact that he's badass and always being the hero is what a girl would love about him.But being a playboy and rich...
Although that's his real characteristic, he doesn't do anything to change it. Which is why he is the hero who saves the city but not the hero of the girls.
I am not saying he is hero of girls.Thats his bad point.But he is so deeply fallen in love with his playboy nature that he didnt see a reason to change it.

But he knows how to save a city. Initially he is a guy who lose his parents and gain wealth. He is supposed to be someone who is cold and seeks revenge, manipulative and cunning plus doubting everyone.I think he just sucks at relationship.
Not to mention that he's going to be single forever.

You know what, I sympathize him because he lose his parents, but does it permits him to act like what he is right now? No.Being a hero is nothing wrong. I don't expect perfection from him but that he needs to show his value as normal human rather than acting like a playboy because if he could overcome the fact that he lose his parents and being a hero instead, then refusing his playboy nature should be possible to do.
