Sad to say that Ravi Shankar has died at the age of 92.
He was an incredible influence on music. He has been hailed as the father of the World Music Movement.
Most will remember him for his influence on the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, but his musical influence went much further than that.

He had a good life. I doubt that at 92 his death will be a surprise.
