Rachel took a while to grow on me.

I don't know if it's humble...but that's the only word I can think of to describe Thalia too. She wasn't so contentious with Percy too.

I actually never had any problems with Rachel. It just seemed so impossible they'd ever get together.

That's how the story went, sort of.
