Umbridge.I mean Voldie was evil but I got him. He had a reason for all of it.
Umbridge was just nasty.
Umbridge. Personally, WITHOUT BEING A DARK WIZARD (!!!!) i liked Voldemort, you know except for the fact the he kills people, and tried to kill precious Harry

Who doesn't...
Who doesn't...
Umbridge for sure.Voldemort HAD to be evil. Without him, the story wouldn't have been the way it was.
Umbridge, however, was just a vicious, malicious, puppy-eating witch.
Definitely Umbridge. Voldemort was an evil genius... at éeast he was powerful and smart and he deserved to have a chance. But Umbridge, on the other hand, was an egoistic idiot, who would be no help for anything... she was more selfish and self-admiring than Voldemort. Voldemort at least had reasons for behaving the way he did, Umbridge only did that for being mean.
Umbridge was so evil in such a different way. She was cold hearted, manipulative and enjoyed the pure torutre she could inflict upon people. Her position of power only made it worse. Voldemort is clearly the more evil of the two. I mean, he murdered people. Obviously he is more evil. HOWEVER, in this paticular book, Umbridge just gets under your skin so bad! She is absolutely horrible to Harry and has zero tolerance for "half breeds" and anyone who has even a slightly differnce of opinion...With that being said, in THIS PATICULAR book, I want to see Umbridge tortured until she dies....
Oh definitely Umbridge .....no saying Voldemort was a REALLY evil person but he(as so many said)had reasons....I feel a bit bad about him....abandoned by his father....mother died...he never really got love.....so he was evil WITH reasons.....but that foul evil entirely cruel little toad.....she had completely pointless evilness in her.....the false goodness she showed....and her "hem hem"...ughhhhhh......if she had been someone in reality,I would definitely have been in the prison....

Voldemort never pretended to be good, he..."
Although I definitely agree with what you're saying... I still think Umbridge, because I totally agree with the person that said that We know what happens to Voldemort, how he got what he deserved, but in most opinions, Umbridge didn't, so I'm inclined to lean to towards her.
Umbridge.Harry has dealt with Voldemort so many times so we know that he can deal with him again. but I want Bellatrix dead the most! SHE KILLED SIRIUS!!!
Umbridge. Voldemort spent all his time chasing after Harry because he was so terrified of the prophecy when he could've been ruling the world. Umbridge didn't let anybody stand in her way and abused Harry, took control of the school and the government, and was a just plain nasty, rotten person. Voldemort is evil, but she's twisted.
I never wanted to see Umbridge dead or even Snape for that matter. I did want to see them vanquished and forced to live in disgrace. I feel that the Malfoys deserved far worse than they got.The evil that was Voldemort needed to be excised and destroyed, but living in shame can be a far worse fate.
Umbridge... hated her so much.
During that book Umbridge, but otherwise Voldemort.
Umbridge.Voldemort was the most evil, but his intentions were clear from the beginning, whereas Umbridge was a hypocrite, torturing Harry all the while he was at Hogwarts, not to mention keeping him away from Quidditch and imposing childish rules on all of them.
What I hated the most was that he couldn't do anything about it, as Umbridge was protected by the Government.
Umbridge. She was sneaky and evil and used her government position to inflict harm on anyone who disagreed with her, not to mention what she does in the last book.
Totally Umbridge. While Voldemort was evil, at least he was honest. Umbridge was a backstabbing jerk who was probably evil even when she was little. Tom Riddle, at least, had an underlying reason for all of his hate. Umbridge was just annoying, and after the last book, I want her dead more than Voldemort.
Umbridge a million times over, look at this ugly hag,she doesnt have any special dark powers, she isnt a death eater yet she still has the nads to be a cruel, torture loving toad.Whats her excuse for being horrible?? They should have used the sectusempra hex on her face..would have improved her looks.

I'm sort of shipping Filbridge.
I'm sort of shipping Filbridge.
umbridge definitely. \I wanted to kill her just because of her outfits, but her snooty attitude and false charm didn't help. Harry can kill valdy later, but if they had left umbrige in the books i probably would have stopped reading them because she just plain annoys me.
Umbridge. Just because she was so annoying and cruel. Obviously if the question was "Who deserved to die more" or something like that, the answer's Voldemort, because he was the one taking over the world and killing people. But as a character, Voldemort never annoyed me like Umbridge did and I never wanted to throw the book at the wall or anything while he was in a scene.
Voldemort I wanted dead, Umbridge-I wanted a fate for her that would last a lifetime: misery, embarrassment, friendless. Here's why. Voldemort is evil, almost without human feeling. It is clear who he is and what he wants.
Umbridge is a more complex character. She is one of the good guys, and that cannot be missed. She is blinded by foolish and misguided loyalty to the Minister and Ministry. She THINKS she is doing the right thing. She fails to see the obvious and as the power of evil grows and spreads, she holds onto her views and submits her will in an almost cult like fashion. This is what makes her character so hated.
It is bad enough that Harry and friends need to battle the obvious evil, but when you add the not so obvious internal battles against those that are supposed to be good, it leaves our central characters no where to turn for help, except for themselves.
Imelda Staunton's fanatical portayal of Umbridge was nothing short of brilliant!!
Surprisingly, Umbridge. Voldemort added a HUGE contribution to magic itself and helped to form Harrys character. I agree that Umbridge definately should have been in the book! She was annoying... But a fun character to read about.
It is easy to say you would rather see Umbridge dead with the knowledge that Voldemort is killed in the end. If you hypothtically had to choose either Voldemort or Umbridge to die (meaning whoever you don't choose survives) I think that more people would say Voldemort. Umbridge is annoying but she doesn't have the same amount of power as Voldemort. Plus if Voldemort survives that means Harry dies.
Well, you could have Voldemort kill Umbridge, then finish him off... Thing is, Voldemort is over-the-top. You might meet his like, minus magic, in history books, among the dictators, but you wouldn't meet him in your everyday life. Whereas I have had to work with a Principal a lot like Umbridge - we were all delighted when she left suddenly and went to the other side of the country, even as we felt bad for her new victims. Umbridge is REAL.
Umbridge! What a Nasty piece of work she is. In more ways than one, she is clearly more evil and more psychotic than our dear Voldemort.
UMBRIDGE!!!!!! But then evil would be in the world. So then Voldemort so then UMBRIDGE WOULD DIE!! sorry hyper
UMBRIDGE!!!!!!! deffinatly. throughout the whole book all i wanted to do was punch her in the face and throw her off the divination tower ;)
