I mean Voldie was evil but I got him. He had a reason for all of it.
Umbridge was just nasty.

Who doesn't...
Who doesn't...

Voldemort HAD to be evil. Without him, the story wouldn't have been the way it was.
Umbridge, however, was just a vicious, malicious, puppy-eating witch.

Umbridge pretended to be a good person and wasn't. She was evil and dishonest about it.
Voldemort never pretended to be good, he..."
Although I definitely agree with what you're saying... I still think Umbridge, because I totally agree with the person that said that We know what happens to Voldemort, how he got what he deserved, but in most opinions, Umbridge didn't, so I'm inclined to lean to towards her.

Harry has dealt with Voldemort so many times so we know that he can deal with him again. but I want Bellatrix dead the most! SHE KILLED SIRIUS!!!

The evil that was Voldemort needed to be excised and destroyed, but living in shame can be a far worse fate.
Umbridge... hated her so much.
During that book Umbridge, but otherwise Voldemort.

Voldemort was the most evil, but his intentions were clear from the beginning, whereas Umbridge was a hypocrite, torturing Harry all the while he was at Hogwarts, not to mention keeping him away from Quidditch and imposing childish rules on all of them.
What I hated the most was that he couldn't do anything about it, as Umbridge was protected by the Government.

I'm sort of shipping Filbridge.

Umbridge. Just because she was so annoying and cruel. Obviously if the question was "Who deserved to die more" or something like that, the answer's Voldemort, because he was the one taking over the world and killing people. But as a character, Voldemort never annoyed me like Umbridge did and I never wanted to throw the book at the wall or anything while he was in a scene.

Here's why. Voldemort is evil, almost without human feeling. It is clear who he is and what he wants.
Umbridge is a more complex character. She is one of the good guys, and that cannot be missed. She is blinded by foolish and misguided loyalty to the Minister and Ministry. She THINKS she is doing the right thing. She fails to see the obvious and as the power of evil grows and spreads, she holds onto her views and submits her will in an almost cult like fashion. This is what makes her character so hated.
It is bad enough that Harry and friends need to battle the obvious evil, but when you add the not so obvious internal battles against those that are supposed to be good, it leaves our central characters no where to turn for help, except for themselves.
Imelda Staunton's fanatical portayal of Umbridge was nothing short of brilliant!!
