Unfortunately, there are rumors that Amazon may get rid of tags totally. I hope that doesn't happen. It seems that the 'count changes only on buys' is applicable for all the foreign Amazon book sites.

@N. - on Amazon.co.uk if you scroll down the page, just above Reviews you will see the tags. In order to tag the item you have to tick the checkboxes next to the tagnames. Cheers (Just liked and tagged yours)
